Hello! I am looking for someone to help me with a machine learning project. Specifically, I’d like to use the technique of classification on a small dataset (less than 1000 entries). Although I’m open to recommendations, at this point, I do not have a specific machine learning algorithm in mind.

Also, this is an ongoing data collection project and so it will be extended for years. We are located in Duluth, Georgia, but remote data analysis is possible.
These data are collected from the brains of rats. An electrode is implanted long term in the blink motor cortex. Touching the eyeball elicits a blink and neural activity fires. There are 20 blinks recorded for the right eye and then 20 blinks recorded for the left eye. Then the blinks are elicited randomly. The task is to separate the blinks when recorded randomly. The paradigm should have learned the pattern for each eye separately and be sensitive enough to separate the blinks for the random presentation.
