Machine Learning algorithm

I am currently involved in a personal project that heavily relies on programming and I believe specifically on machine learning algorithms.

I would like to have an algorithm that scrapes many social media and news sites. The information gathered must be verifiable information that is to leave out everything that is purely speculative or opinion. I am looking for news or posts that can be verified by an expert source.

What I would want is the URL plus a title of the post and a thumbnail if possible. Am I asking the impossible? Thank you in advance for your help!
