I am looking for a machine learning enthusiast to work on my exploratory task that involves labeled datasets. Please see the following details.
Project Description:
(1) Take any open-source model that runs on the Plant Village dataset and validate its performance without modifications (e.g. running an existing repo like this one or any other: https://github.com/InPhyT/Plant_Disease_Classification_CNN/blob/main/Notebooks/notebook.ipynb)
(2) Then train the same model again by adding a few examples from PlantDoc dataset in the Plant Village dataset (e.g. 5% or 10% of the images) (https://paperswithcode.com/dataset/plantdoc) and see how it behaves on the rest of PlantDoc dataset, without applying transfer learning.
