Machine Learning Model to improve efficiency and Nash–Sutcliffe Efficiency coefficients(NSE)

I am looking for a skilled freelancer to develop a machine learning model that aims to improve efficiency and calculate Nash-Sutcliffe Efficiency coefficients. The main objective of this project is to achieve both of these goals.
