Machine Learning Algorithm Development

I'm looking for an expert in machine learning who can provide guidance on the right algorithms to use for my project, since I've yet to make a decision. Your tasks on this project will be helping me choose and implement the most suitable ML approaches. Any skills and experience in both supervised and unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, predictive modeling, anomaly detection and recommendation systems would be a significant advantage.
