Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled AI Engineer to join our team and play a

Responsibilities:

● Design and develop machine learning models for various components of the
platform, including job search recommendations, resume analysis, and chatbots.
● Collaborate with product managers, and software developers to define AI
requirements and integrate AI capabilities into the platform.
● Design and implement data pipelines for collecting, processing, and transforming
data to train AI models.
● Perform data preprocessing and feature engineering to extract meaningful
insights from structured and unstructured data.
● Develop and implement NLP techniques for tasks like text cleaning, tokenization,
and vectorization of resumes and job descriptions.
● Pre-process text data for use in machine learning models for job recommendation
and resume analysis / matching.
● Ensure compatibility between NLP processing and model needs.
● Utilize machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch,
and scikit-learn to train and evaluate AI models.
● Experiment with different deep learning architectures and techniques to improve
model performance and accuracy.
● Train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models using libraries like
TensorFlow or PyTorch.
● Monitor model performance in production and implement strategies for
improvement (e.g., retraining, drift detection).
● Deploy AI models to production environments and monitor their performance in
real-time.
● Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI
technologies and methodologies.
● Collaborate with the QA team to ensure the reliability and scalability of AI
solutions.
● Collaborate with the project manager and developers to understand business
requirements for AI functionalities.
● Document technical work clearly and concisely, including code comments and
reports.
Required Skills:
● Proficiency in programming languages like Python, experience with libraries like
TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
● Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and techniques
(deep learning a plus).
● Experience with data pipelines, data cleaning, transformation, and feature
engineering.
● Expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques for text processing
tasks.
● Experience in model training, evaluation, optimization, and deployment.
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with
cross-functional teams
● Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning,
and NLP research.
Qualifications:
● Proven experience building and deploying machine learning models in a
production environment.
● Experience working with ML and NLP techniques for text data.
● Familiarity with cloud platforms for data storage and management
