Location prediction using Machine Learning (google colab )

A simple prediction code, where the dataset will include a vehicle/userid , speed, direction, position X ,position Y (or any related column).
We need to predict the position of the user in the next time instance by using (clustering based is preferred) and getting a good accuracy with suitable graph plot results
