Q-Learning for Reinforcement Learning Optimization

As part of this project, I need an expert in machine learning who can apply reinforcement learning and optimization techniques with a focus on Q-learning. The goal is to use these methods within a research simulation environment. This task necessitates a deep understanding of machine learning, specifically reinforcement learning, and proficiency in implementing and tweaking Q-learning algorithms. Indispensable skills include:
