Language learning algorithm to evaluate speech patterns in any given language set

I'm seeking the development of an advanced language learning algorithm that will be able to assess and create a value system for speech patterns in their proximity to knowledge. The primary objective of this project is to create a model of a working machine learning algorithm. The applications for this project will have implications in understanding all dynamic systems. I just wish to have a working model of a machine learning algorithm to patent before I publish what I have been working on. I do not have coding experience, and this is why I am looking for a collaborator.

Understand that I am looking for someone who has a passion to understand life, and to make an impact on the world. Let’s just say that God works in mysterious ways. The ideal candidate for this project would have experience in the following areas:

- Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Programming languages suitable for algorithm development
- Sound understanding of language structures and common errors

Please note, the algorithm should be able to effectively analyze the following features:

- Clarity of pronunciation
- Correct usage of grammar
- Word choice and vocabulary

Despite not having a concrete timeline, I am eager to get started on this project and would like to have constant updates on the progress. Details regarding the project phases, timelines and cost can be further discussed once the project commences.
