Language Model Development LLM or Huggingface

I'm seeking a talented professional who can assist in building a large language model (LLM). The primary purpose of this model will be to support a machine learning project and provide a similar performance to either GPT Neo or GPT Cc.

Key Tasks and Functions:
- Perform natural language processing tasks
- Generate text as required
- Perform machine translation tasks

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proven track record in developing language models
- Strong understanding of NLP and machine learning
- Prior experience with GPT Neo or GPT Cc would be a significant advantage.
