Landslide prediction by machine learning

I am looking for a freelancer to develop a landslide prediction system for a specific region in need. I have rainfall data that I would like the system to utilize as its primary input. I also have a target area for the system to focus in on for the landslide prediction. My goal is to have the system provide a prediction of the locations of potential landslides with accuracy.
