Design an agent using pseudocode or a flow chart (a detailed written explanation is also acceptable).
**Constraints:**
- You have access to a basic LLM endpoint — you can send a prompt and receive a text response (no built-in function-calling API).
- The agent must support two tools: one that returns the current date and time, and one that executes Python code and returns the output.
