1. Introduction:
In this chapter, the implemented system will be first described.
Second, the evaluation and testing will be presented.
After that, the deployment of the system will be included as well as the critical evaluation.

2. Describing the System
(All the codes should go in the Appendix at the end of the report)
Providing a brief description about each page
Implementation of the following aspects related with projet:
• Converting project logical models into physical design –
• Creating project schema requirements - users, creating roles and assigning privileges
• Code etc.
• Implementing / configuring project performance related aspects (if network performance is a key aspect of the project)
• Implementing backup and recovery.

3. Testing & Evaluation
Explaining the importance of testing
Introducing the test strategy
Providing information in tables/figures
Illustrating the test results in a table
After the testing is done, should elaborate briefly on total number of tests done, number of tests passed, number of tests failed, and test result analysis.
What is done with the failed tests should also be discussed, and evidence of testing should be included in the Appendix part of the final report
Status of each test case, time, person who conducted the test etc.

Present in a table the type of training required and the user groups

5. Critically evaluating the system
In this section an overall project evaluation need to be done where it provides an opportunity for the developer to measure all the specified objectives are achieved at the end. In situations where all objectives are not met, developer must provide justification for why it has not met. This section helps developer to critically evaluate all the work done as a part of project.
