Intrusion detection using machine learning and snort

I am looking for an experienced Freelancer to develop an intrusion detection system for my project. This system should use a combination of machine learning and Snort. It should analyze CICIDS2017 dataset, using algorithms like random forest and support vector machines. The ideal Freelancer will have experience in using Snort for network security, as well as building Machine Learning models to detect malicious intrusions. Having a good understanding of network security and the CICIDS2017 dataset are highly desirable.

This project will require some development, plotting (confusion matrix) and detailed written description of process, as well as experience in working with machine learning models.
