Intelligent AI based command line interface - proof of concept

We'd like to develop something similar to askcommand.com - just for a different domain. We are not sure about direction at this stage. Therefore we'd require initial proof of concept work to estimate scope of the project. You should have experience in Python, Machine Learning, GPT-3, GPT-J or/and building chatbots.
