Integrate Machine Learning in an existing application

We have an app the core of which is a movie recommendation engine. The App is in an MVP state with enough initial data to introduce Machine Learning. What we require is to use the User's data to train models and use them to get better recommendations. We can also discuss on introducing more entry points for collecting the data from users.
