1. Chief Technology Oficer (CTO) — 2% Equity
Role Focus: Architect the platform, make build vs buy decisions, lead the tech team. Skills Needed:
* AI/ML: Expertise in natural language processing (NLP), machine learning models, and agent-based systems.Architecture: Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms (multi-tenant, secure).
* Cloud: Strong with AWS or Azure, understanding of GDPR/SOC2 compliance.
* AI productisation: Can integrate APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) and plan shift to custom models later.
* Team leadership: Comfortable managing engineers, setting sprint goals, and balancing tech debt.

* Memory & Embeddings: Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus) for agent personalities.
* Agents: Experience with autonomous AI agents (social exploration, agent to agent conversations).
* NLP & Summarisation: Strong background in summarisation pipelines (meeting briefs).
