Initial public offering predictions (Winners/Losers)

The project is simple. I need the help of a data scientest to build a classification model predicting the initial public offerings in the stock market that are likely to make a big jump in prices using the actual historical data of previous IPO's. We need to work together to select the best features for the model, and build the model to be working.
