Implementation of existing speech recognition iOS mobile app code

We are looking for a mobile speech recognition iPhone app to be developed out of existing code. Please use this existing code as reference:

Which in turn is based on this Github repository:

It is based on the OpenAI whisper technology (see also https://github.com/openai/whisper).
Requirements:
- We need the entire class written so it can be easily reused (imported in another project)
- We will need full source code & project files.
- If you write any new code, please comment the code extensively, so we can understand it easily.
- The design of the user interface does not really matter, as long as the app is functional
There will be only one completion milestone, the payment will only be released after delivery of a fully working iPhone app.
