Implement ML Confidence Score and Feedback Loop

1) Fix train script to run on command prompt 2) Implement confidence score. 3) Output how long it takes model to train and how long it takes the test script to output language for image. 4) implement feedback loop for model so a user can input yer or no for image classified correctly or not.
