Image Synthesis Deep Learning Expert Needed

I'm seeking a seasoned Deep Learning developer for a web and app-based service. The project involves automatic loading and displaying of two images.
Key Requirements:
- Expertise in image synthesis and deep learning
- Experience in developing web and app services
- Proficiency in communicating through a translator (as all communication will be done this way)
- Preference for developers outside of Door
Please note, the specifics of the images and their purpose have not been defined yet, hence flexibility and creativity are crucial. Prior experience with various types of images (photographs, illustrations, 3D renderings) will be beneficial. Familiarity with different machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras) will also be an advantage.
