AI Image Searching Applications for Search and Rescue -- 2

I am the director of Western States Aerial Search. We're a Utah registered nonprofit with 501c3 tax exempt status. We specialize in searching for missing persons (presumed deceased) in extremely rugged terrain using drones. Our technique generates thousands of images that must be searched for the missing person's remains, or personal items. It's painstaking work requiring searchers to spend hours on just a few images. We are faced with a backlog of images that need to be searched and burned out image searchers.
We desperately need some sort of AI based application that could search through tens of thousands of images for anomalies. We don't need a system to look for a human body, as the remains can be quite scattered and clothing can be torn and crumpled. We need an application that can look at a thousands of images of, for example, sticks, rocks, dirt and leaves. Then pick out pixel groups that aint a stick, rock dirt or leaves. Just something that would place a circle around the pixel group anomaly and then alert the image searchers who could then take a manual look at the photo. It would also be great if the application could pick out anomalous colors in a scene.
