We are seeking an experienced machine learning and computer vision expert to enhance our existing hypercar image recognition solution. Our current third-party solution, Carnet.ai, fails to accurately recognize hypercars, likely due to insufficient training on high-quality hypercar images. We have already curated a comprehensive dataset of high-quality hypercar images. The goal of this project is to improve the accuracy and reliability of hypercar identification by building upon the existing Carnet.ai model.
Project Overview:
Data Augmentation and Enhancement:
Apply data augmentation techniques (rotation, scaling, color adjustments) to increase dataset variability.
Utilize synthetic data generation methods (e.g., Generative Adversarial Networks) to further enhance the dataset.
Model Improvement:
Fine-tune the existing Carnet.ai model using our comprehensive hypercar dataset.
Collaborate with data scientists to refine the model architecture and optimize training parameters for better accuracy.
Integration and Testing:
Integrate the improved model into our existing platform, ensuring seamless functionality.
Establish performance metrics (precision, recall, F1-score) to evaluate model accuracy.
Implement a continuous feedback loop for regular performance evaluation and dataset updates.
Requirements:
Proven experience in machine learning and computer vision, particularly in image recognition projects.
Expertise in data augmentation and synthetic data generation techniques.
Proficiency in using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
Experience with fine-tuning pre-trained models and working with existing AI solutions.
Ability to integrate AI models into existing platforms and ensure their efficient operation.
