Hybrid diabetes prediction

Create a diabetes prediction project using hybrid ml models where the techniques are merged and then compared with the rest of existing techniques and the hybrid technique is better than existing ones. A user interface is also created in form of web page where user can provide inputs like bmi, age, weight etc. Uploaded file is taken for reference. Also need a report for the project.
