I'm seeking a Voice AI expert who can take partially trained AI model, Jupyter notebook and complete the traning and prepare the Voice AI.
The end goal is to have a fully developed TTS AI that I can provide a large amount of PDF files with text and it should create the TTS.
Note: The PDF files contain mixture of English and Hebrew words.
The Hebrew words were written in English but should be pronounced in National pronounciation.
An exmample PDF file is attached.
