High-Accuracy Crypto Price Analysis Tool

I need a well-developed prediction tool for performing highly accurate, within 1-3%, price analysis on cryptocurrencies. The tool should incorporate these specific variables:
- Open Interest % Change
- Volume % Change
- Ratio OI to Volume

--------> based on the timeframes 5,15,30 min 1,4,24 H

The use of these variables should enable the tool to accurately predict the likely direction of future price movements. The ideal freelancer for this project has prior experience in predictive modeling, an understanding of cryptocurrency markets, and proficiency in analysis tools development. I am not merely looking for a tool, but for someone who can provide insights into the usage of these variables for accurate price prediction.

Important: The interaction of those variables and the impact of their interaction should be minded.

- You should use different models (for example see attached scientific paper)
- we/you can decide after the first run which returns the best results and focus on one (i gues time series production)
- The model itself should take the historical data automatically
- It's not meant to be online now, but it's supposed to be used on AWS/GCP/Azure in the future
- It should improve itself step by step due to the dependencies of the variables to each other
- in the beginning taking data from CVS is totally fine. This CVS data should have the structure and usability of our needed varbiables.
- in the beginning we will have to train it offline over and over again.

i Wish for:
- a compact solution, maybe useable in Docker or as a little program, (no mass of scripts) --> Docker or something similar (?!)
- a solution which can be carried on to be a Retail Users program or app in the end
- a developer who would go these steps with me, from this first one over to the development of the end product with the implementation on a ML/AI server, live data API grabbing, development of UI

I know which accuracies are possible, i made one on my own, but i feel the need to split the work since i cant do it as a one man show.

This is one mini part of a big project. Just propose if you wanna be part of a new approach in German trading society and when you think you can bring this project with me to life, means going all the steps needed later on.
