Google AutoML / Microsoft Azure Translator custom machine translation application - MTranslate 20220126K

We want to use Google AutoML or Microsoft Azure Translator to build a custom machine translation application. For example, see https://bdtechtalks.com/2021/07/04/google-translate-api-beginners-guide/ and https://medium.com/google-cloud/improving-machine-translation-with-the-google-translation-v3-api-9dc2676e7fb9 ).
In order to build a custom AutoML / Azure application, AutoML / Azure must first train using data (see https://cloud.google.com/vertex-ai/docs/beginner/beginners-guide#train_model, https://cloud.google.com/vertex-ai/docs/training/training, https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cognitive-services/translator/custom-translator/overview), which the user will provide. After the custom translation model is trained, the user can then use the translation application to translate new passages.
Candidates should list whether they prefer to use Google AutoML or Azure Custom Translator for the custom translation application. Thank you.
