Full Stack Website for Disease Prediction and Recommendation for healthy Lifestyle

I am seeking a skilled full stack developer to create a website that will predict diseases and recommend personalized lifestyle changes for the general public.

Disease Prediction and Recommendation for a healthy lifestyle:
Prediction will be done for both physical as well as mental health as both are equally important.
each disease will be trained using its own dataset.
Physical health
Diabetes, Heart disease, Kidney disease, Breast cancer, Liver disease, Malaria, and Pneumonia ( type of disease for prediction can increase, will be discussed in detail later)
These will be predicted on a scale of 0-10 in groups (0-2),(3-5),(6-8) and (9-10) which will be corresponding to the following risk levels :-
1. No risk at all (0-2)
2. Less risk (3-5)
3. High risk (6-8)
4. Predicted positive (9-10)
- if there is no risk not much will be recommended only healthy life style plan like yoga, exercise, diet etc.
- if there is less risk then a detailed chart/plan of precautionary life style will be recommended
- if there is high risk then, consultation of a doctor, with detailed chart/plan for proper diet plan will be suggested along with list of exercises(if required) to reduce the risk of that particular disease
- if predicted positive , then a detailed list of ways to cures , doctor consultation, exercises for cure will be recommended
Mental health
-Depression detection
Mental health will be checked by machine learning algorithms and training would be done using social media data from any tweet dataset.
-Proper Front end is required
-should have plenty of knowledge in web-Development and Machine Learning
The ideal candidate will have experience in machine learning and full stack development. I have no preference for the technology stack, but I am open to discussing options such as Python/Django, JavaScript/React, or PHP/Laravel.
The target audience for this website is the general public, so it is important that the website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. The website should be designed to provide accurate and easy-to-understand information.
