Founding CTO for AI Healthcare
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
We are building PharmaGuard AI — an AI-powered pharmaceutical verification and medicine intelligence platform focused on detecting packaging anomalies, counterfeit risks, formulation inconsistencies, and trust gaps within the healthcare ecosystem.
Our long-term vision is to build one of the most trusted AI infrastructure layers for pharmaceutical safety, medicine authentication, and healthcare transparency.
This is not a typical freelance gig.
This is an opportunity to become a founding technical leader in a mission-driven AI startup.
Important Before Applying
We are currently at the pre-revenue / early-stage startup phase.
At this stage:
We are not able to offer a fixed salary upfront
Initial compensation will be based on:
Equity / ownership mindset
Long-term partnership
Revenue-sharing structure after traction/funding
Once we achieve traction, funding, or enterprise partnerships, the CTO role will transition into a compensated executive position

CTO Responsibilities
You will work directly with the founder and help:
Architect the entire technical ecosystem
Lead product and infrastructure decisions
Build scalable AI systems
Manage backend + AI pipeline architecture
Develop secure production-grade systems
Create MVP → beta → production roadmap
Build engineering culture from day one
Help shape fundraising and technical strategy
Preferred Skills
Strong experience in some or most of:
Python
AI/ML systems
Computer Vision
OCR pipelines
FastAPI / Node.js
Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure)
Database architecture
Security & scalable backend systems
Full-stack product engineering
Startup building mindset
