Face Recognition attendance system for school

Hi We need DIY project to automate school attendance system using machine leaning like face recognition , It should have gender recognition and need to be generated a report that informing how many students available and how many students are absent. The system should be run on windows pc and cameras are normal cctv ( 5MP)
