Face Recognition Using Resnet

I am looking for a freelancer to develop a face recognition system using Resnet for personal use. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing face recognition systems and be knowledgeable in Resnet. The project requires the following:
It should contain code for training data.
I want full code from making training model to detecting and recognising face
Also milestone will only be released if it runs in my laptop using anydesk.
The system should be able to recognize faces accurately and efficiently. The freelancer should be able to work independently and provide regular updates on the progress of the project.
