Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our team on a project basis, with the potential to transition to a full-time role in the future. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and data engineering. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing machine learning models.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop machine learning models for predicting user behavior.
- Collaborate with software engineers to integrate machine learning models into production systems.
- Preprocess and clean large datasets to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Implement and optimize deep learning models using frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch, specifically focusing on techniques such as ReLU.
- Conduct experiments and perform rigorous testing to validate model performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data pipelines and model deployment.
- Document processes, models, and code for maintainability and reproducibility.
- Deploy machine learning models on Azure, ensuring scalability and reliability.


Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in machine learning, data engineering, or related roles.
- Proficiency in Python and machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data augmentation.
- Strong understanding of deep learning techniques, including neural networks (CNNs, RNNs, GRUs) and activation functions like ReLU.
- Experience deploying machine learning models on Azure.
- Familiarity with software development practices, including version control (Git) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
