AI-Enhanced HR Platform Development

Description: I am seeking a developer experienced in artificial intelligence and web development to create an innovative platform aimed at Human Resources teams. This platform will allow users to access via a license and utilize various AI tools to help them in diverse daily tasks and data predictions, for example advanced mass CV filtering feature.
Objectives:
- Develop a secure and accessible web portal where HR teams can register and obtain a license.
- Implement AI tools (first tool: efficient CV filtering that can process large volumes of data and select candidates based on predefined criteria)
- Ensure an intuitive interface that facilitates the management and analysis of candidate data by users.
-Connection with my wordpress site as bridge between my brand and my platform.
Requirements:
Experience in AI and machine learning, particularly in natural language processing (NLP).
Strong web development skills, preferably with experience in creating SaaS platforms.
Ability to integrate systems for security and personal data protection.
UX experience, front end
