Project Overview:

We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer to optimize DeepSeek-R1 for a high-performance crypto trading bot. The goal is to:
✅ Achieve >85% accuracy in backtests (2020-2024 data)
✅ Detect rug pulls with >93% precision
✅ Implement self-updating reinforcement learning (updates every 15 min)

Tech Stack:
• PyTorch, TensorRT-LLM, DeepSpeed
• LoRA/QLoRA fine-tuning experience
• Crypto market knowledge (Solana DEXs preferred)

Compensation:

? $3,000 total ($300 upfront + $2,700 post-MVP)
? 1.2% Equity (4-year vesting, 1-year cliff)
? $500 Bonus for accuracy >90%

Requirements:

✔️ Portfolio with similar AI/ML projects
✔️ Experience with financial models & trading AI
✔️ Ability to run models on consumer GPUs (RTX 4090)
