Drug recommendation system using machine learning

Project Description:
I am looking for a skilled machine learning expert to develop a drug recommendation system. The system should be able to provide general recommendations for common conditions.

Data:
I have some existing data that can be used for the machine learning model, but it may be incomplete or unclean. The ideal candidate should be able to handle and clean this data effectively.

Functionality:
The main functionality of the system should be to only recommend drugs based on the given conditions. It should not provide detailed drug information or interact with users for feedback and improvement. The software should have a front end also in which the user will mention their condition and a output screen in which drugs for the specified conditions will be recommended.

Skills and Experience:
- Strong background in machine learning, specifically in recommendation systems.
- Experience in handling and cleaning incomplete or unclean data.
- Need the project to be done using Pytorch only
