Document Processing Engine for Anonymizing documents with ML and NLP

Hi,
I am looking for an experienced developer who can work with me to create a tool/engine to:
- process documents and anonymize them with ML and NLP techniques
- save an anonymized version of the received document and send it back
The project consists mainly of an engine to process the incoming file (DPE) and a basic frontend for the purpose of Proof of Concept (PoC)
A document is attached with some more information. Please read it before responding. I would not want to waste both our times.
