Development an app that can connect to a security camera(ML/DL).

I need help with the software development of the app, the business idea and plan is in place, the only step left is the execution. Need someone who knows Machine Learning to code the behavioral detection and body patterns section. Another important requirement is to be able to code an age detection feature(some guidelines for that is available online).
