Data Scientist/ML Engineer Needed!

I need some help to solve basic few small ML tasks. I am looking for following skills.
1. Understand the fundamental concepts of machine learning systems including supervised
and unsupervised learning systems.
2. Implement transformations for data wrangling in preparation for training machine
learning models in Jupyter Notebooks.
3. Implement Scikit-Learn to train and make predictions using machine learning models.
4. Execute an elementary machine learning project from beginning to end.
