Create a 3D model from a 2d image using machine learning

I need a machine learning and/or artificial intelligence expert that knows exactly how to do this, I have several references with the code. This project should be made an iOS app, NOT WEB-BASED. For example, if I take a picture of a specific 2d image or upload a 2d image, it can turn into a 3D model, I also have an app you can add this code onto, I need this within two weeks, if someone will help me then I’ll hire you as my go to freelancer with my other projects
