Create an app that can transform 2d images into 3d models

I want two datasets: one for human and one for objects. I want to be able to edit and rig these 3D models. I really really want someone who has done this work before. I don’t want a 3D viewer, I don’t want a web app, I specifically want an IOS APP, the front end can be iStrap. This work includes machine learning and/or artificial intelligence. I really want a freelancer that’s specializes in machine learning and artificial intelligence. If you need references I’ll be more than happy to provide those for you.
