Create Recommendations Using RapidMiner Tool -- 2

I have a training dataset of 999 user's 14 attributes like education, occupation, interests, ... Also, I have dataset of 200 test users. I have imported these into RapidMiner Tool. Now, I want to identify tokens and the context of those tokens from these user's informations and based on those tokens I need to generate recommendations of training users for test users.
Please bid only if you have knowledge of RapidMiner Tool, Natural Language Processing and Context Based Recommendation Systems.
This is a low budget project as 90% of work is already done and only help from an expert in RapidMiner is required.
