Conditional GAN for data augmentation of imbalance dataset

I have a imbalance 3 class dataset. Need to use conditional GAN for data augmentation and then classify using CNN. The data is in the form of images, I already have developed the code but the output is not good. You can either improve the current code or create from scratch.
