Computer vision -Food recognition and leftover estimation

I am looking for a computer vision expert to develop a food recognition and leftover estimation system. The purpose of this system is to reduce food waste by accurately estimating the amount of leftover food.
Requirements:
- The system should be able to recognize general categories of food, rather than specific types.
- The leftover estimation should be highly accurate to effectively manage and minimize food waste.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong background in computer vision and machine learning.
- Experience in developing image recognition algorithms.
