Comprehensive Automated Tooling Software for AI Compliance

I'm on the hunt for an experienced developer to construct a software as a service (SAAS) platform with strong adherence to multiple industry compliance standards. The SAAS platform would be an automated tooling software that will check for compliance in generative AI models, AI Chatbots, Conversational chatbots, AI agents, and any AI-based model i.e. ChatGPT, Google Bard, Anthropic Claude, Midjourney, Pi.AI, HuggingFace, Dolly, etc. The secret source of the SAAS platform will be revealed to the selected developer.
The critical component of this project is ensuring compliance with an array of regulations. These would include the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FEDRAMP), Federal Trade Commission (FTC), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Artificial Intelligence Accountability and Transparency Act (AI ACT), International Organization for Standardization (ISO), Service Organization Control 1 (SOC 1) and Service Organization Control 2 (SOC 2).
Ideal Skills:
- Strong proficiency in AI implementation and SAAS development
- In-depth knowledge of various compliance standards
- Proven track record in GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA, FEDRAMP, FTC, SEC, AI ACT, ISO, SOC 1, and SOC 2 regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of Python, Node.JS, and React Native
