Complex project: Assist us in creating our ad server with a ML model.

Hello there. We are Rabbit In A Red Coat pty. Ltd. For the past months, we have been working hard on our new advertising, "The Serve Platform". Part of this platform will be EPP, or Efficient Product Placement. This will be an affiliate creative platform (we'll disclose more information in chat). Basically what we need is two things.
First, we need a ML model capable of receiving an ad call and returning an affiliate creative and link by selecting the best one based on past performance. (I'm happy to explain anything that is unsure in chat, just include your questions in your bids)

Secondly (this is simpler) we need an ad server capable of calling the creatives. This does not have to be anything special. It has to be secure, quick and efficient, and pass-back impressions to our other platforms based on values set by us. This criteria will be site-specific. This is definitely important.


If this budget is too little for you, please submit a quote within your proposal, and justify it.
