At Filotim Yönetim A.Ş. we are one of the leading B2B fuel card distributors of Shell in Turkey. We are seeking an experienced professional with expertise in data integration and machine learning to analyze and reduce customer churn for our business.
The project involves integrating customer and daily sales data to identify current and potential customers at risk of churn. The ideal candidate will have experience in data integration and analysis, machine learning, and data visualization.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Ensure the integration of existing data sources
Implement appropriate processes for cleaning, preparing, and analyzing data
Develop and apply a machine learning model for churn prediction
Visualize analysis results in a clear and effective manner
Provide strategic recommendations for reducing churn

Requirements:
Experience in data integration and analysis
Experience in developing and applying machine learning models
Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Collaborative and results-driven
