AI Chatbot Development

We are looking for an AI Developer to develop a Chatbot for us.
This Chatbot will be a whatsapp Chatbot using AI. It should work like ChatGPT.
Whatever a user will ask, it should reply.
All the APIs should be arranged and integrated by you only.
If any charges are to be paid for APIs, we will pay. But we will not arrange any API.
There should be two panels.
Admin Panel
User Panel
Admin should be able to check and download data of users in Excel format, day or date wise or month wise, year wise.
Payment will be given to you in Milestones

Source code of the project will be our property. You will have to provide source code to us whenever we require.
If there is any server integration needed, you will have to do that too.
You will have to host the Chatbot on server and make it live, error free.
