AI/ML Career Launch Support

I’m a freshly-graduated AI/ML engineer who wants to secure a first role in Germany, ideally within mid-sized companies that work heavily with data analysis. Because I have zero industry experience, I need an end-to-end support package that covers three areas:

1. Resume & Cover Letter
• Craft an ATS-friendly résumé that highlights my academic projects, Kaggle work, and any open-source contributions, mapping them to the skills German recruiters look for in data-centric AI/ML roles.
• Provide at least two reusable cover-letter templates adapted to typical mid-sized-company hiring culture in Germany.

2. Interview Preparation
• Coach me through the full process: HR screening, technical rounds (Python, statistics, machine-learning theory, data-wrangling, SQL) and culture-fit conversations.
• Supply a curated question bank with sample answers, plus two live mock interview sessions and written feedback so I can refine my responses and body language.

3. Job-Search Strategy
• Build a practical 90-day action plan that tells me where and how to apply: German-focused job boards, LinkedIn tactics, networking meet-ups, and professional communities.
• List at least 20 target mid-sized firms that hire junior data-analysis-oriented AI/ML engineers, including links to their careers pages.
• Outline visa or relocation tips if relevant, so I understand timelines and paperwork.

Acceptance criteria
• Final résumé and cover letters delivered in both Word and PDF.
• Interview resources plus feedback notes shared in Google Docs.
• Job-search roadmap delivered as an editable spreadsheet with links.
