Cancer detection using machine learning

What will be needed a simple one variation using a specific algorithim. Data set must be appropriate size. I need the results to be above 90% accuracy, and explanations of everything in the code and the processing procedure afterwards. I have also attached studies that show the algorithims used, data sets, data processing stages, and accuracy levels. The project should a simpler than those studies by a bit, since it's individual work.

Please specify the price range of such project, time and if you are willing to do documentation, and finally what is the price of said project documentation.
