Camera face recognition and directionality tracking + website and mobile app for data entry

I need a working camera with face recognition and people tracking directionality embedded (edge computing) from a top view position. The camera will be installed on a frame door. We already have a working prototype with an ESP32 module, but it gets too hot when we run it. We also need to know if it's a software issue or we need to upgrade the hardware.
In addition, we want to connect the camera with a website and mobile app for data entry for further ML training.
